Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, iSmartEssentials may not be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package is missing, please first contact the applicable carrier and check with household members or others who may have received the package.
